Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, 21 years and older. Sweepstakes begins on January 15, 2001 and ends on March 31, 2001. There are two ways to enter: (a) online, by visiting the web site at www.hundredgrand.hyatt.com and following the instructions to complete an official entry form (entrants must be present in one of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico), Washington, D.C., or Canada (excluding Quebec) at the time of online entry), or (b) on a 3" x 5" card, by printing your first and last name, complete address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address and mailing it in an envelope to Winner's List, Hyatt E-Mail SWEEPSTAKES, Hyatt Hundred Grand Sweepstakes, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, 200 West Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60606. All online entries must be received by e-mail by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on March 31, 2001. Mail entries (complete handwritten entries) must be postmarked by March 31, 2001, and received by April 9, 2001. Only one entry per person and e-mail address regardless of method of entry. Odds of winning any prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
