Recently redesigned, the Bright House Networks welcome kit reinforces the purchase decision of new subscribers and provides an introduction to the home entertainment services offered. Versioned inserts allow systems in different geographic areas to include variable information, such as local channel lineups, rates and services. A study of the initial launch of the kit found that 14.5 percent of customers took advantage of specific products or services, and 13.5 percent made product or service inquiries because of the kit.
