La Quinta’s loyalty program newsletter, Many Returns, includes highly personalized account information for each individual member, while keeping all members informed about the benefits of the Returns program and special offers available to them. The personalized newsletter has significantly increased revenues from Returns members for La Quinta. New members receive a Welcome Kit, which explains how to earn and redeem Returns loyalty rewards. Members also receive upgrade kits as they reach higher levels of the program.
La Quinta promotes its Returns loyalty program with a full range of on-property materials including enrollment brochures with acrylic holders, countertop signs, lobby and elevator posters, keyboard strips and express check-in boards.
